As this is a flat, breakfast consists of a variety of different food items that the guest will find in the kitchen, subject to prior agreement with the owner. The fridge will be stocked with everything necessary to have breakfast and drink during guest's stay. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, as well as two bedrooms with double beds. The house is arranged over two floors connected by an internal staircase. It features two spacious terraces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The property is just a 5‑minute walk from the sea. There are restaurants, shops, and various services nearby. Breakfast is not included in the price and must be requested separately. In the house, you will find complimentary basic items such as coffee capsules, water, and tea. Essential toiletries are also provided in the bathroom.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
